About Us
Founded in 2011 as MESRA GALIAN SDN BHD (MGSB), we are a Malaysian company led by a specialised team with extensive technical and operational experience in marine and civil construction. Since our inception, we have successfully completed multiple projects with major ports and oil and gas companies across Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region.
We specialise in Capital and Maintenance Dredging, Off-Shore Rock Filling, Coastal Reclamation, Coastal Revetment, Breakwater Construction, Wharf / Jetty Refurbishment and Civil Infrastructure Works.
MGSB is a registered contractor with CIDB (G7), PETRONAS, Shell, TNB, and all major ports across Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region. We are also ISO 9001:2015 certified and registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) - JKKP/2021/19/53(PVR01) & JKKP/2023/26/133(KPD02, KPL01).
